Beginning at 2:00 p.m. today, June 19, 2018, Elm Street will be closed between 14th and 15th Avenues North. The road closure is necessary due to the rising river level caused by the recent heavy rains. There is also a storm sewer failure in this area, which will require immediate repair when the water recedes. The road will be closed until further notice.
