The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Joshua John Gomez, is residing at 724 1 St N #1 in Fargo, North Dakota. Gomez was assessed as a HIGH-risk offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. The following information describes Gomez and his offenses:

Offense Background:
Gomez was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition on February 28, 2007 in Burleigh County District Court ND. He had a sexual relationship with a 14 year old female; he was 20. He was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition and Indecent Exposure on September 11, 2000 in Burleigh County Juvenile Court. His victim was a 14 year old female classmate. He would perform inappropriate sexual acts on the victim against her will and also exposed his penis while in school. He is a lifetime registrant.
