Spring is finally here. Are you ready to start digging in your garden? Get your green thumb ready for spring and summer with a series of informational and hands-on gardening sessions at the library.
Beginning Tuesday, May 1, the Fargo Public Library kicks off its annual four-part gardening series with tips and techniques from local gardening experts who will cover a range of topics. There will also be a plant exchange. All four sessions are scheduled at the downtown Main Library in the community room. Topics and dates include:
Tuesday, May 1 at 7 p.m. – Flowering Shrubs with Dr. Todd West of NDSU
Tuesday, May 8 at 7 p.m. – Growing Roses for the Home Garden with Randy Nelson, Clay County Extension Educator
Tuesday, May 15 at 7 p.m. – Gardening with Eric Baker of Baker Nursery and Gifts
Tuesday, May 22 at 7 p.m. – Blossom Barter: Come with plants to trade!
