The Fargo Public Library has added RBdigital, an online service from Recorded Books, Inc. and the North Dakota State Library for downloading e-audiobooks and e-books and digital magazines, to its Digital Downloads Collection. Anyone with a valid Fargo Public Library card can access thousands of e-audiobook titles – most of which are always available – including bestsellers, classics and selections for teens and children via this service. In addition, RBdigital has an automatic return feature, which eliminates late and overdue fines.

With RBdigital, patrons can enjoy free access to e-audiobooks, e-books and digital magazines at home, in the library or on the go. Many titles are multi-access, so multiple users can check out titles at the same time, eliminating holds. RBdigital is compatible with all popular listening devices and mobile apps are available for iOS, Android, and Kindle Fire devices. RBdigital also features an easy-to-use interface with streamlined navigation, fast downloads, and automatic software updates.

With a catalog of more than 27,000 audiobook titles narrated by professional, award-winning actors, Recorded Books. Inc. is a leading publisher of spoken-word content.

For more information or for help using RBdigital, ask a librarian at any of the Fargo Public Library locations, email Ask Reference or call the Main Library Information Desk at 701.241.1492.
