Mayoral Proclamation - Randall Rustad Day - 02.03.2015

WHEREAS, Throughout his 29 years of teaching at Shanley High School, Randall Rustad touched the lives of many students; and

WHEREAS, Randall Rustad had a zest and dedication to his students that extended beyond the classroom; and

WHEREAS, Randall Rustad had a passion or teaching, with a mission to teach his students the US Constitution; and

WHEREAS, The City of Fargo appreciated his leadership, and dedication to our community and its citizens; and

WHEREAS, Randall Rustad passed away January 31, 2015.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That I, Timothy J. Mahoney, Mayor of the City of Fargo, do hereby proclaim February 3, 2015 to be Randall Rustad Day in the City of Fargo, North Dakota and call upon his friends and associates to celebrate this special day so his memory and contributions will not be forgotten.
