On July 27, the Civic Plaza Parking Lot located southwest of the current Fargo City Hall will be closed as part of the TEDxFargo event. Members of the public can still access City Hall by utilizing the entrances on either the west side of the current City Hall or the southeast corner of the Fargo Civic Center. An elevator is provided within the Civic’s southeast access point. Reserved handicapped parking will be designated on the east side of 4th Street North between 2nd and 3rd Avenues North.
The following alternative public parking areas will be provided at no charge:
- City of Fargo’s North Lot – located north of 3rd Avenue North and east of 4th Street North (accessible at southwest corner of lot via 3rd Avenue).
- City of Fargo’s Civic Center Lot – located north of 1st Avenue North and west of 2rd Street North.
- City of Fargo’s South Lot – located south of 1st Avenue North and east of 3rd Street North.
- Fargo Public Library’s Lot – located west of the Library along 4th Street North.
The Civic Plaza Parking Lot will be reopen for the public on July 28.
