Spend quality time sharing stories, learning school-readiness skills, and preparing your child for a lifetime of reading at storytime! Through the use of age-appropriate stories, songs, and fingerplays in a group setting, staff help you learn how to foster early literacy skills that prepare your children to learn to read. Toddler Storytimes are for children 18 months to 3 years of age. No registration is required.
During the toddler storytime sessions, parents/guardians are required to sit with their children in the storytime area. Toddler Storytimes are generally 20 minutes in length.
Large group space is limited. Daycares or other groups of five or more children need to call Children’s Services at 701.241.1495 to register.
Be sure to pick up a Storytime Punch Card. Children who attend 10 storytimes earn a free book!
