Tobacco compliance hearings will be held Friday, August 2, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the City Commission Room, located at 225 4th Street North, Fargo, ND. Hearings will be conducted for Fargo businesses that failed tobacco compliance checks on Thursday, June 6, 2019. The purpose of tobacco compliance checks is to ensure tobacco products are not being sold to minors.
