Tobacco compliance hearings will be held on Friday, January 11, beginning at 9:00 a.m., in City Commission Chambers (old City Hall location). Hearings will be conducted for Fargo businesses that failed tobacco compliance checks on Monday, November 26, 2018. The purpose of tobacco compliance checks is to ensure tobacco products are not being sold to minors.
