2016 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report
The Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) requires that every governmental entity prepare a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) to be used as public record. The City of Fargo publishes its CAFR each year in June as an official report to citizens on how funds are used in the operation of city government. The City's fiscal year ends December 31. The 2016 CAFR has not been updated since the date of the independent auditor's report.
Because it is a lengthy document, our 2016 CAFR is provided below in several sections. All sections are provided in PDF format, so you will need the free Adobe Reader to view them.
- Executive Summary
- Introduction section
