Lodging Facilities

The Environmental Health Division regulates lodging facilities located in both Fargo and West Fargo.

The purpose of inspecting hotels is to ensure the safety and health of patrons while staying in a hotel.

Examples of Things Inspectors Look For

• Hot and cold running water under pressure from an approved source in all bathrooms
• Bed bugs, rodents and other insects under control
• Employees conforming to good hygienic practices
• Establishment is in good repair
